Advogado especialista em Direito Concorrencial e Regulatório, distingue-se por sua expertise acadêmica e intenso engajamento profissional em casos altamente complexos.
Atuou como ex-assessor da Presidência do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE) em 1997/98, sendo diretamente responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novas Resoluções e votos.
Membro e ex-Diretor do IBRAC, é professor convidado junto a renomadas instituições de ensino, figurando como palestrante e autor de diversos artigos em jornais e revistas, bem como de premiado livro publicado pela renomada editora alemã Mohr Siebeck.
